Hyman Paper & Chemical Company began its journey on December 1, 1979, when Robert Hyman and his wife Audrey opened the doors of our original 3,000 square-foot warehouse. With Robert handling sales and deliveries and Audrey managing the phones, we started as Hyman Paper Company, focusing on paper goods and can liners.
In 1984, our company took a significant step forward when Robert teamed up with former company vice president Jesse James, who introduced the chemical and equipment side of our business. This partnership marked the beginning of Hyman Paper & Chemical Company as we know it today.
Over the years, we have experienced tremendous growth and development. Our current 35,000 square-foot facility stocks over 9,000 institutional products, with close to 20,000 products available for order. We are proud to serve a wide range of industries, including building service contractors, education, food service, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, and industrial/professional businesses.
